All Quave Club Bangers are hand made to order at our production facility located in Seattle, Washington.

No imported materials are used in the making of our product.


Quave CB accepts payment in the form of Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Please inquire about wholesale orders at wholesale@quavecb.com.

Please inquire about custom orders at orders@quavecb.com. Please include ‘custom’ in the subject line of your email.


Every item is made to order. We make every effort to ship as fast as possible, orders are generally filled within 48 hours. Due to factors outside our control, some orders may take 2-5 days to ship.

Items shipped via UPS Ground typically take 4-8 days to be delivered. Items shipped via 2-day typically take 2-3 days. An e-mail with tracking information is sent out to the e-mail address provided at checkout. Occasionally our automated e-mails are delivered into the spam folder.

Should you have questions about shipping and/or have not received an order confirmation or tracking information e-mail, please contact customer service at customerservice@quavecb.com.

Some existing orders can be modified. Please email customer service at customerservice@quavecb.com.

To change your shipping address after placing an order, contact customer service at customerservice@quavecb.com as soon as possible.

Order cancelations are considered on a case-by-case basis depending on where the order is in its delivery process. Since canceling orders is time sensitive, please contact customer service at customerservice@quavecb.com.

At this point in time, Quave Club Bangers does not ship outside the United States.


Some products can be returned. All returned items must be unused and showing no wear. Should your order get damaged during shipping, or you need to return; please send an email to customerservice@quavecb.com detailing the items you wish to return and a customer support representative will follow up within 24-48 hours. We must receive your return within 30 days of the date we shipped it to you. All returned items must be unused and showing no wear. Please ship your return back to us without damaging the original packaging.

Refunds are generally issued 5-7 business days after we receive your return at our warehouse. Once your refund has been issued, we will notify you via email.
